Dear Guests,
Please familiarize yourselves with our house rules in order to ensure that your stay at our accommodation is pleasant and your relaxation remains undisturbed.
By using the accommodation, you acknowledge and accept these house rules, undertake to comply with them, and accept responsibility for any damage caused by failure to do so. Observance of the house rules is mandatory for all persons staying at the accommodation. Any violation of the house rules may result in the obligation to leave the premises immediately.
• Check-in / Check-out
The accommodation is available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. The Host is present at arrival and departure.
Early check-in or late check-out on the day of departure may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability, but in both cases prior arrangement is required.
Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid personal identification document (identity card, passport, or driver’s license) so that the host can fulfill the mandatory data reporting obligations to VIZA and NTAK.
If you decide to shorten your stay and depart earlier, we are unable to refund the accommodation fee.
Upon departure, please ensure that all provided keys are returned in full. In the event of lost keys, a fee of 15,000 HUF will be charged to cover the cost of changing the locks.
The host is available by phone 24 hours a day.
• Payment
The accommodation fee and the tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The following payment methods are accepted at the accommodation: cash and bank transfer.
• Rooms / Use of Furnishings
Please use all furnishings as intended. The room furniture and equipment—including towels, bed linen, blankets, decorative items, etc.—must not be removed from the property.
The rooms are inspected upon arrival and departure. In case of any damage, the costs will be settled with the guest on site.
If you notice any malfunction, please inform us immediately using one of the contact details below. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints reported after departure.
• Meals
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen where simple meals can be prepared.
• Cleaning / Waste Management
Guests receive the apartment clean; no cleaning is provided during the stay unless requested separately.
For stays longer than 7 days, bed linen/towel changes are available, and cleaning can be requested.
Household waste and recyclable waste must be disposed of in the designated bins.
• Fire Safety / Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation/rooms. Smoking is permitted only in the designated area in the yard. Smoke detectors are installed in the rooms.
In case of fire, immediately begin extinguishing using the fire extinguisher located at the designated place and call the fire brigade at 105, then inform the host.
• Services
Parking: Free parking is available for guests in a secured, enclosed parking area.
Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available; password: Holiday23
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Grilling: Barbecue and kettle cooking facilities are available in the yard.
• Other
Quiet hours: To ensure the peace and comfort of guests and neighbors, making noise is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Lost property: Items left behind in the room can be stored for 1 month. Upon the guest’s request, they can be mailed to the address provided.
The host assumes no responsibility and cannot provide compensation for:
damage caused by natural disasters (e.g. hail, lightning),
inconveniences or damage resulting from failures or malfunctions of public utility services,
any accidents, personal injuries, or damage to property.
The host reserves the right to refuse accommodation to, or immediately evict, guests who behave disruptively or fail to comply with the house rules.
